We've compiled a list of the most common questions which we recieve to help give
you the quickest answer possible, if you have a question which isn't covered below

1. How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is simple. Just click on the ‘Join now’ tab on the home page and
this will link you to our online payment page.
2. Can I refer a friend?
You can refer a friend simply by asking them to click on "Guest" from the home page
on the website.

4. Can I use my card to book
friends/family hotel rooms?
Unfortunately only valid card holders are entitled to the discount for that room.
It is a member per room policy with our hotels.
5. Can my Spouse use my card?
This is not permitted due to the contracts we have in place with our partners. It
is a one member per offer with all our partners. You can however purchase a partner
card, extending two full memberships. Please see our pricing chart for information.
6. Can I upgrade my membership
half way through a subscription?
To upgrade you membership at any time throughout your subscription year you just
need to email
info@littleemperors.com with your membership
name and number and we will calculate the upgrade cost for the remainder of your
membership subscription.
7. How do I book a hotel or
restaurant?
To book a partner hotel, restaurant, or service simply email

who will make the booking for you. You can also request bookings via the Mobile
Application available to members.
8. Does the concierge charge
to make bookings?
Please revert to your membership type for concierge charges.
9. What are the Concierge Hours
of Operation?
The concierge works between 9:30am-6pm Monday to Friday GMT.
10. Will the concierge book
me non partner services?
The booking facility we offer is only applicable to our partner offers and services.
11. Will concierge amend and
cancel reservations for me?
Little Emperors booking facility will purely assist in making the initial booking
for our members. Any cancellations/changes/extras which are required will be up
to you.
12. Are your hotel rates guaranteed
lowest?
Our contracted rates are either a percentage off BAR (which will always guarantee
the lowest rate) or a fixed corporate rate which may, on occasion, fluctuate above
the BAR. We always compare our rates against the rate offered by the hotel directly
to ensure our members are always offered cheapest option. We always endeavour to
offer the lowest rate possible. However, in some instances, blackout.
13. Can I use a discount more
than once?
Yes absolutely! As long as the discount and offer are on the website you can use
them time and time again, there is no restricted use on any offer.
14. Are the discounts fixed
for longevity of my subscription?
Most of the partners and discounts are fixed for a minimum of 3 years. Each agreement
has a 2 month break clause so you will always know in advance should the offer be
coming to an end.
15. What happens if I lose
my card?
If you lose your card just email the Membership Team at
info@littleemperors.com with your membership
name and number and we can issue you a new card. There will be a £15 charge for
new card orders (excluding black tier, which is complimentary).
