Terms & Conditions
As a registered Member of Little Emperors & Co. Ltd (“Member”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and when ordering, or purchasing anything from a supplier of products or services (a “Supplier”) you agree that these Terms and Conditions shall apply to your order. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other terms and conditions in any form whatsoever.
The following terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”) govern the use of and access to all information and services which Little Emperors & Co. may offer or make available from time to time via Little Emperors’ website (www.littleemperors.com), mobile application (trading under the name “MyLE.”) (together, the “Site”), through direct messaging and other forms of communications (i.e. WhatsApp, emails, SMS, telephone calls, etc.) together, the “Services”.
The Services are provided to you by Little Emperors & Co., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England & Wales with our registered office at 10 Cambridge Gate, Regent’s Park, London, NW1 4JX (“Little Emperors”, LE”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
We make our content available to you and offer our Services subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you wish not to agree to or comply with these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms and conditions of any other third party associated with the Services, these Terms shall prevail.
Definitions
The following capitalised words, terms and phrases used in these Terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section 1 (Definitions):
"Benefits"
means the benefit made available to Members by Suppliers
"Booking Fee"
means the fee associated to bookings made on behalf of Members as such may vary from time to time depending on the membership tier
"Member"
means the person whose name is registered under the relevant membership of Little Emperors
"Membership"
means the membership of Little Emperors
"Membership Fee"
means the fee payable on an annual basis for membership, as such may vary from time to time depending on the membership Tier
"Membership Tier"
means the “Travel”, “Gold”, “Black” and “Dynasty” Membership, along with any other membership tiers which Little Emperors may offer from time to time
"Payment Card"
means the debit or credit card information supplied by Member and used to process payment for Membership Fees, Booking Fees, payment for other products and services, securing of hotel bookings and other payments of any kind processed in connection with the Services
"Request"
means request placed by a Member with Little Emperors
"Supplier"
means any third party who offers any goods or services to a Member via Little Emperors, acting on behalf of or as agent for the same Member
Membership rules
2.1 Admission to Membership at Little Emperors is subject to verification and acceptance by Little Emperors at its sole discretion. Little Emperors will notify you in the event that your Membership application has been accepted. Should Little Emperors reject an application; there is no duty to disclose the reasons for doing so.
2.2 You agree to ensure you provide correct details when you apply for Little Emperors Membership and your failure to do so may invalidate your Membership. Your responsibility to provide accurate information is a continuing obligation and you must notify Little Emperors. in the event that any information provided by you changes.
2.3 We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the membership tiers and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
2.4 The Services and your Membership are licensed to you and you personally. As such, the Membership and associated Services cannot be assigned, licensed, sub-licensed or otherwise transferred to anyone other than you at any time without the prior written consent of Little Emperors. Little Emperors is under no obligations to honour a request made by a Member for or on behalf of any other person. You are responsible for ensuring that no one other than you uses your Membership.
2.5 All reservations made should be for your own personal use only. If you wish to appoint somebody to make reservations on your behalf, please provide their information to the Little Emperors team by email at membership@littleemperors.com.
2.6 Access to and use of the Members-only section of the Little Emperors web or mobile platforms is obtained by inputting the right combination of username and password which is attributed to each Member on an exclusive basis. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password and you agree to notify Little Emperors immediately if you believe that there has been any breach of security or an unauthorised use of your name and password. Little Emperors assumes no liability whatsoever for any unauthorised use of your account details and expressly disclaims the same.
2.7 The Membership is only available to persons over the age of 18. Any unauthorised or attempted use by person under the age of 18 will be null and void.
Membership fees, cancellations and renewals
3.1 Membership Fees are communicated upon application and on the website immediately preceding payment.
3.2 Your payment of the Membership Fee shall constitute and be construed as your express acceptance of these Terms and consent for us to start offering our Services immediately.
3.3 Membership Fees will be refunded in full if Membership is cancelled within 7 days of subscription, provided the Member has made no use of any of the Services within that period of time. Once the 7-day period from the date of subscription has expired, your Membership Fees become non-refundable. However, Little Emperors may at its sole discretion elect to refund your Membership Fee in whole or in part depending on the circumstances relating to the cancellation of any Membership.
3.4 If you find a comparable lower rate at a hotel that we are unable to match, you are entitled to a retrospective refund for your membership at any time during your membership year.
3.5 If a Member has confirmed an existing booking with a hotel partner or a Supplier directly, LE will not override the rates offered by the Supplier and Member should honour such reservation as initially expected.
3.6 Little Emperors reserves all rights to cancel or suspend your Membership and for any reason it deems appropriate (at its sole discretion). If Little Emperors cancels your Membership, it shall refund the prorated portion of Membership Fee based on the time remaining until the Membership expires for that year.
3.7 Your Membership is initially valid for 12 calendar months from the date of subscription and will renew automatically for successive periods of 12 calendar months (each, a “Membership Term”) unless you contact Little Emperors at membership@littleemperors.com expressly requesting to cancel your Membership and delete your Membership account at least 48 hours prior to the end of the current Membership Term.
3.8 Membership Fees become due and payable within 7 days from acceptance of your Membership application and upon the renewal of each Membership Term thereafter.
3.9 Upon automatic renewal of Membership Term, you authorise Little Emperors to charge the Membership Fee that is associated with the renewed Membership Term using the Payment Card details you provided. If Little Emperors does not hold your payment details you will be contacted directly in order to renew your Membership.
3.10 Any changes to the Membership Fees will be notified to all members in advance of their renewal date.
3.11 The amount of the Booking Fees is determined by the Membership Tier you have selected, which must be paid in full prior to any use of the Services.
3.12 If, during the course of your current Membership Term, you wish to upgrade your Membership to a higher Membership Tier, the difference in price of the higher Membership Tier and the existing Membership Tier for the remainder of the Membership Term will be calculated on a pro rata basis automatically via your profile.
3.13 Little Emperors may, at your request, purchase goods or services on your behalf. If so, you hereby authorise Little Emperors to charge the corresponding amount plus a service fee to your Payment Card.
3.14 Any complimentary Membership is valid for up to 1 year and shall automatically renew at the end of the Membership Term at which point, the Member will become liable for payment of the applicable Membership fee and will be debited from the credit card associated with the account. By accepting a complimentary Membership, you authorise Little Emperors to charge your credit card for the following Membership Term, unless you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Terms.
Membership benefits
4.1 As a Member of Little Emperors, you may be entitled to Benefits as set out on our website and App. Benefits are for Members only. The Benefits we offer are those which Suppliers have committed to offer and thus the obligation to honour those Benefits lies entirely with the Supplier.
4.2 As a registered Member of Little Emperors, please note that Suppliers of Benefits and the Benefits themselves are subject to availability and may change from time to time without notice.
4.3 Little Emperors aims to ensure that the Benefits remain available at all times and we are constantly negotiating new Benefits to ensure that you receive maximum value from your Membership. If any of the Benefits become unavailable, we will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that prior commitments are honoured by the Supplier. However, we cannot accept any responsibility and shall in no way become liable for the acts or omissions of Suppliers.
4.4 Members should always sign into the website or App of Little Emperors to view the further details of each offer to ensure that they understand all the terms of any offer.
Using your membership
5.1 Little Emperors reserves the right to withdraw any of the Services and/or to refuse to supply the Services requested.
5.2 Little Emperors acts solely as an agent, booking any Services on your behalf. When you make a booking via Little Emperors you are entering into a contract with the hotel or the Supplier only. As an agent we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the hotel or its Supplier and do not assume any responsibility or liability should a Supplier breach any of its contractual obligations.
5.3 When you book a hotel or a Service via Little Emperors, the terms and conditions of the hotel or Supplier of the Service will apply to your booking and we advise that you should read and understand these terms carefully. If you do not receive them, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with a copy.
5.4 Should any of the terms and conditions of a hotel or Supplier conflict or contradict these Terms, these Terms shall prevail insofar as we, Little Emperors, our directors, officers, agents or employees are concerned.
5.5 If Little Emperors is unable to deal with any request, the bookings team will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable.
5.6 Suppliers are responsible for providing you with the services, products and benefits you select. Little Emperors expressly disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any Supplier or any loss incurred by you as a result of any act or omission of a hotel or Supplier whether or not arranged through Little Emperors.
5.7 When ordering a product or service or accessing a benefit, you may be required to provide your Payment Card details. If you request and authorise Little Emperors to use your Payment Card in order to pay a Supplier for products or services, you acknowledge and agree that Little Emperors shall have no liability in respect of or be responsible in any way whatsoever in respect of the use of your Payment Card provided that Little Emperors acts in accordance with the instructions issued by you in relation thereto. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, that the Payment Card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or the service.
5.8 From time to time and given the nature of the procurement or provision of certain services, products or benefits Little Emperors may charge a handling fee (of which you will be notified) – in these cases you hereby authorise Little Emperors to debit your Payment Card with any such handling charges.
5.9 When making purchases with our suppliers all members must identify themselves as members of Little Emperors and will be required to show evidence of membership and valid identification.
5.10 Telephone calls with Little Emperors may be monitored or recorded for training and quality control purposes.
5.11 Services will be provided in English during normal business hours.
5.12 You acknowledge that Little Emperors reserves the right to accept commissions for arranging the supply of products and performance of services by any Supplier on your behalf.
5.13 If you wish to make changes or cancel a confirmed booking, you must contact us. Changes and cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the hotel or the Supplier. Upon confirmation of the booking, you are bound by the terms and conditions of that Supplier’s cancellation policy.
5.14 Members are responsible for cancelling booking in accordance with the Supplier’s cancellation policy. While LE will do what it can to assist in liaising with the Supplier, Members should follow all steps required by the Supplier under the relevant cancellation policy, which include any request for refunds which should be submitted by the Member to the hotel directly.
5.15 Members are responsible for checking with the Supplier and confirming that all booking details are correct. Little Emperors does not accept any liability should any errors occur as part of the booking process.
5.16 Payment is made to the hotel directly on check out unless otherwise specified.
5.17 All hotel bookings must be made in the name of the Member. Should you wish to book additional rooms, additional membership/partner cards are required. Should the member not be present at check in or check out, the hotel has the right to charge the full rate and not the reduced Little Emperors negotiated rate.

5.20 FCDO travel advice is subject to change from time to time so ensure you stay up to date at all times prior to your departure.
Hotel bookings
6.1 LE rules
You agree to the following:
- Personal Use Only: Our Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
- Legal Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- Compliance and Accuracy: You will use our Service in a lawful manner, adhering to these Terms. All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
- Account Responsibility: If you have an account with us, you are responsible for safeguarding your account details and for any activity that occurs under your account, whether by you or someone else.
- Third-Party Authorization: If you make bookings on behalf of others, you must have their permission before doing so. You are responsible for informing them of the applicable terms (including Rules and Restrictions) and ensuring they agree to those terms.
- Payment and Booking Management: You are responsible for all payments due, any requests for changes or cancellations, and managing all other aspects of the booking.
You also agree not to:
- Prohibit Fraudulent Activity: You will not make any false or fraudulent bookings.
- Restrict Automated Access: You will not use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means, nor any manual process, to access, monitor, or copy any content from our Service without permission.
- Legal Eligibility: Respect Access Limits: You will not bypass or circumvent any security measures on our Service, including those in robot exclusion headers, or take actions that could impose an excessive load on our infrastructure.
- No Deep Linking: You will not deep link to any part of our Service without explicit permission.
6.2
LE operates as a booking agent for the hotels it reserves on your behalf. When you confirm a booking, you are forming a contract directly with the hotel through LE, not with LE itself. As an agent, we are not liable for any actions or omissions by the hotel or for the services they provide. The hotel's terms and conditions will govern your booking, and we strongly recommend that you review these carefully as they contain crucial details regarding your reservation. If you do not have a copy of these terms, please request one from us.
6.3 Payment
To secure a room, product, or service reservation, you will need to provide your credit card details. For your protection, all online payments are processed through secure servers. LE will collect your credit card information and securely transmit it to the hotel to guarantee your reservation. The hotel may use your credit card to charge a deposit, as specified at the time of booking, or to secure payment in case of a no-show, cancellation, or reservation change. Please note that once processed, these deposit payments, along with any additional charges or fees, are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, in accordance with the hotel's terms and conditions.
6.4 Confirmations
Your booking is confirmed, and a contract between you and the hotel is established when we send you a confirmation on the hotel's behalf. Please review your confirmation carefully and inform us immediately of any inaccuracies or incomplete details. Ensure that the names provided match exactly with those on the relevant passport. Since we act solely as a booking agent, we are not responsible for any errors in documentation except those made by us. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking; it is your responsibility to contact LE if you do not receive it. A reservation is only considered valid when a reservation number has been issued.
6.5 Currency
All currency conversions are based on data from openexchangerates.org and are accurate only on the date of booking as a guideline. Payments are made in the hotel's local currency and may be affected by exchange-rate fluctuations and any charges imposed by your bank or credit card issuer. LE is not liable for these fluctuations or charges. If you prefer to fully prepay your booking in your preferred currency, please inform us at the time of booking.
6.6 Amendment & Cancellation Policy
To amend or cancel a confirmed booking, you must contact us directly. Changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's terms and conditions. Once a booking is confirmed, you are bound by the hotel’s cancellation policy. Hotel cancellation policies often include a specific time frame before check-in during which cancellations will incur a charge. For example, a ‘24-hour’ cancellation policy requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the hotel's check-in time on the day before arrival to avoid a penalty. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card, and payments made using gift cards will be refunded as a gift card or by reinstating credit into your Travel Wallet. Please note that deposits and additional charges paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. If you add additional nights to an existing booking, it is considered an amendment to the original reservation, regardless of who makes the booking.
6.7 Amendment & Cancellation Policy
If the hotel needs to make significant changes to your booking or cancel it, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will assist in arranging alternative options provided by the hotel, but we accept no further liability beyond this.
6.8 Accuracy of Prices & Descriptions
LE is not liable for errors or omissions in bookings or pricing, whether they are made by the hotel or result from a system failure. We reserve the right to correct advertised prices at any time and amend errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Please note that prices and availability are subject to change, and you should confirm the price of your arrangements at the time of booking. We strive to ensure that all hotel information provided by LE is accurate, but please be aware that hotel facilities may change, and opinions expressed are subjective.
6.9 Our Responsibility for Your Booking
Your contract is with the hotel, and its terms and conditions apply. As your booking agent, our responsibility is limited to processing your booking according to your instructions. We are not responsible for the actual services provided by the hotel or any information passed on in good faith. If we are found liable for any reason, our maximum liability is limited to twice the commission we earn on your booking (or the appropriate proportion if not everyone in the booking is affected). We do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees during their employment.
6.10 Complaints
Since your contract is with the hotel, any concerns or issues should be addressed directly to them. If a problem arises during your stay, you must report it to the hotel immediately to allow them the opportunity to resolve it. Failure to do so may limit your entitlement to compensation. If you still wish to lodge a complaint after your stay, you can contact us, and we will communicate with the hotel on your behalf to seek a resolution. Please note that this is a goodwill gesture as part of our customer service, and we do not accept responsibility for handling complaints or any liability for refunds or compensation.
6.11 Visa, passport and health requirements
It is your own responsibility to ensure compliance with immigration, visa and health requirements.
Marketplace
7.1 The members (referred to as the "seller" and the "buyer") remain anonymous throughout the entire process.
7.2 Little Emperors employee, referred to as the "broker," administers the process.
7.3 The broker reserves the right to speak with hotels before accepting a booking on the Little Emperors marketplace.
7.4 Little Emperors does not charge for this service.
7.5 When buying or selling in a different currency, currency conversion will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day of booking.
7.6 The seller agrees to feature its booking on the marketplace under the following conditions:
i) Little Emperors Marketplace is only available for hotels booked via Little Emperors.
ii) Little Emperors Marketplace submission must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
iii) The seller will need to specify the sale price and expiration date (unless no deadline is required). Little Emperors reserves the right to advise on pricing or decline the post.
iv) The seller can remove the listing at any time prior to the agreed expiration date, with a penalty fee of £25.
v) The seller can close the sale at any time by accepting an offer.
vi) The booking will be removed from the Marketplace on receipt of payment from the buyer.
vii) Refunds made to sellers will be credited to their dedicated Little Emperors Travel Wallet and redeemable against future bookings.
7.7 The buyer accepts to purchase a booking on the Marketplace under the following conditions:
i) The buyer can show interest and make an offer to the seller via the broker, who may either accept it or reject it or make a counter-offer to the buyer. The broker reserves the right to provide guidance on price offers.
ii) When the seller and buyer agree on a sale price, the broker will hold the booking for a period of up to 30 minutes, during which the buyer is expected to make the payment.
iii) Booking is confirmed upon full payment from the buyer.
iv) All payments made by buyers will be processed via a payment link.
7.8 All buyers will receive a written confirmation of their confirmed booking, they can also view their purchased booking in the bookings section of the Little Emperors app and website.
7.9 Bookings bought on the Marketplace cannot be resold on the Marketplace platform.
Financial protection for packaged holidays
8.1 Little Emperors will provide financial protection for our flight-inclusive package holidays, by way of our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence number 12638, issued by the Civil Aviation Authority, Gatwick Airport South, West Sussex, RH6 0YR, UK, telephone 0333 103 6350, email claims@caa.co.uk. When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive package from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
8.2 We will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where we are not able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations, and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).
8.3 If we are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.
8.4 If
(a) after selecting and paying for one service, you book additional services (tickets, flights or otherwise) for your trip or vacation during the same visit to the platform;
(b) you book additional travel services for your trip or vacation via a link provided to you by us no later than 24 hours after receiving confirmation of your initial booking with us, you will NOT benefit from rights applying to packages under the UK's Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the "Package Travel Requirements"). Therefore, we will not be responsible for the proper performance of those travel services. For any issues, contact the relevant service provider.
8.5 In either of these cases, the travel services will become part of a linked travel arrangement and not a package. In that case, Little Emperors has, as required by UK law, protection in place to refund your payments to LE for services not performed because of LE's insolvency. This does not provide a refund in the event of the insolvency of the relevant Service Provider.
8.6 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the financial protection set out in this Clause 8 applies only to UK-based Members booking flight-inclusive packaged holidays only and is not available to Members residing in any other countries.
Event tickets
9.1 Little Emperors may, from time to time, offer event tickets and associated products, services and tickets through agent partner(s) as part of the Services. Please note that by requesting such tickets you acknowledge and agree to purchase tickets above face value and a service charge may be applied, as notified to you prior to purchase.
9.2 Little Emperors is not a seller of the tickets and not responsible for fulfilment of the order. Little Emperors solely acts on your behalf as agent when placing the order with preferred partner issuers, sellers or resellers.
9.3 All sales are subject to issuer’s, seller’s or reseller’s own terms and conditions which will be provided to you at the time of the sale.
9.4 Please note that ticket sales are likely to be final, non-transferable and non refundable, as per the terms and conditions of the issuer, seller or reseller as the case may be.
9.5 Little Emperors is in no event liable for the acts or omissions of an issuer, seller or reseller, and under no circumstances has the obligation to issue refunds to any Member.
9.6 In the event of a show or event being cancelled, refunds may be issued as per the terms and conditions of the issuer, seller or reseller, as the case may be, however, Members shall not be entitled to a refund in an amount exceeding the face value of the relevant ticket(s).
Unauthorized use of the services
10.1 You agree and undertake that you will not make use the Services under the following circumstances:
1. in any way that violates any local, national, international laws or other laws or regulations (including applicable data privacy, immigration, and export control laws and regulations) or any issued order of a court in any relevant jurisdiction
2. in any way that infringes the rights of any person or entity, including their intellectual property rights, copyright, trademark or other, or other privacy or contractual rights
3. in any way that promotes or incites, whether intentionally or unintentionally, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind
4. to solicit, provide or promote illegal or unlawful activities or in any way which may lead to the encouragement, procurement or carrying out of any unlawful or criminal activity
10.2 While we will do what we can to protect the security and protection of your data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not be able to intrude on our systems. You shall promptly notify Little Emperors of any actual or suspected unauthorised third-party access to your account by emailing members@littleemperors.com. You undertake and agree to cooperate with, and assist, us in any action or proceedings by us to prevent or otherwise deal with any unauthorised receipt, access or use of your account by any third party.
Placing a request
11.1 Members may place requests by telephone, email or online. All cancellations and amendments need to be done via email at the following address: [bookings@littleemperors.com].
11.2 You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, that the Payment Card you use is your own and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service.
11.3 From time to time, the procurement of certain services, products or benefits may incur a service or handling fee, or booking fee depending on the Membership Tier, and you hereby authorise Little Emperors to debit your payment card with such charges or invoice you in respect of such fees or charges.
Little Emperors e-gift cards and Travel Wallet
12.1 Purchase of e-gift cards
12.1.1 Little Emperors e-gift cards can be purchased through the Little Emperors website or by contacting our in-house travel specialists via phone.
12.2 Accessing your e-gift card
12.2.1 When an e-gift card is redeemed, the corresponding credits will be added to your Little Emperors Travel Wallet.
12.2.2 To utilize the e-gift card for a booking, please contact our team via phone, WhatsApp, or email to initiate the booking process.
12.3 Delivery of e-gift cards
12.3.1 E-gift cards will be sent via email according to the date and email address specified at the time of purchase.
12.3.2 Scheduled emails with e-gift cards will be sent between midnight and 1am on the scheduled date as specified at the time of purchase.
12.4 Currency of e-gift cards
12.4.1 E-gift cards can be bought in USD, EUR, and GBP.
12.4.2 The Travel Wallet will be set to the default currency in the member profile, and conversion of e-gift cards to other currencies will be done at the fixed exchange rate on the day of purchase.
12.5 Minimum and maximum e-gift cards amounts
12.5.1 e-gift cards can be purchased up to a maximum amount of £1,500
12.6 Validity of e-gift cards
12.6.1 e-gift cards must be utilized within 24 months of the purchase date. If not used within that period, the e-gift card will expire.
12.6.2 e-gift cards are non-refundable and non-extendable.
12.6.3 e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be sold, transferred for value, used for unauthorised commercial purposes, or in a manner otherwise prohibited by our Terms. Unused e-gift card balances in one Little Emperors’ account may not be transferred to another account.
12.6.4 Bookings must be made within the validity period, but stays can be scheduled after the voucher's expiration date.
12.7 Membership requirement
12.7.1 To redeem an e-gift card, you must have an active Little Emperors membership.
12.8 Using e-gift cards for membership
12.8.1 E-Gift cards can be applied towards membership fees. Please contact our team via phone, WhatsApp, or email to purchase membership with an e-gift card.
12.8.2 Any remaining credits after purchasing a membership will be added to your Travel Wallet.
12.9 Balance of e-gift card and future bookings
12.9.1 If a booking costs less than the value of the e-gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to your Travel Wallet and can be used for future bookings within the validity period.
12.10 Multiple e-gift cards per booking
12.10 You can use multiple e-gift cards for a single booking.
12.11 Shortfall in e-gift card amount
12.11 If the e-gift card amount is less than the total booking cost, the remaining balance must be prepaid at the time of booking.
12.12 Use of e-gift cards
12.12.1 e-gift cards are only redeemable for stays at hotels and villas on the Little Emperors platform, when booked through our platform with the help of our team.
12.12.2 e-gift cards cannot be used or redeemed directly at the hotel or during your stay for any incidental hotel expenses, meals or additional activities.
12.12.3 Little Emperors reserves the right to refuse the redemption of e-gift cards, if they believe that the e-gift card has been obtained fraudulently.
12.12.4 Little Emperors reserves the right to refuse the redemption or use of e-gift cards where it has already been redeemed or has been used fraudulently.
12.13 Travel Wallet credit gifted by Little Emperors
12.13.1 Travel Wallet credit gifted by Little Emperors is valid for redemption on hotel bookings only and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of two (2) consecutive nights.
12.14 Refunds of e-gift cards
12.14.1 E-gift cards are non-refundable.
12.15 Cancellation of hotel booking
12.15.1 If you cancel a hotel booking within the specified cancellation period, the amount will be refunded to you by the same method as it was purchased.
12.15.2 Where the booking or part of the booking was paid with a credit card, the same amount will be refunded back to your credit card.
12.15.3 Where the booking or part of the booking was paid with an e-gift card, the same amount will be refunded back to your Travel Wallet to use for future bookings.
12.15.4 The original expiration date for the e-gift card will apply to any amount refunded to your Travel Wallet.
12.16 Risk of Loss
12.16.1 The risk of loss for an e-gift card passes to the designated recipient upon electronic transmission of the e-gift card to that designated recipient. We are not responsible if any e-gift card credentials are lost, destroyed, stolen, used without your permission or cannot be retrieved from Little Emperors’ electronic systems in the ordinary course of business.
These terms and conditions are subject to change, and the most current version will be available on the Little Emperors platform. Please ensure you review and agree to these terms before purchasing and using electronic vouchers.
Gift membership
13.1 You may gift a Membership to any person as designated at the time of purchase.
13.2 We offer from time to time travel vouchers which can be purchased online in selected currencies (GBP, USD, EUR and HKD) for incremental amounts of 50 or as per your choosing.
13.3 You are advised, understand and expressly agree that gift Memberships and travel vouchers:
1. are non-refundable;
2. can only be redeemed by the person designated as beneficiary at the time of purchase;
3. Travel vouchers in the amount equivalent to GBP 100 or more include a one-time 6- month “Travel” membership per person (which cannot be cumulated or extended by multiple voucher purchases); and
4. may only be redeemed for a period of up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
13.4 Gift Memberships and travel vouchers can only be redeemed by contacting the sales team by email at bookings@littleemperors.com
Lowest available rate guarantee
14.1 Our lowest available rate guarantee applies to members only at the time of booking. To be eligible for our lowest available guarantee and receive a travel voucher, the rate you found must:
1. apply to the same hotel, dates, room category (including same characteristics like view and size of beds), number of guests and included benefits;
2. be 5% or more than the rate offered by Little Emperors (exclusive of credit card fees); and
3. have the same booking terms and cancellation policies as offered via the Site.
14.2 The following do not qualify for our lowest available rate guarantee and associated travel voucher:
1. Price differences due to exchange rate fluctuations.
2. Rooms booked through unauthorised travel agents.
3. Specially negotiated rates, such as travel agent, staff, corporate or membership rates, rates that are only available to subscribers to or members of a website, or any other rate that is not available to the general public.
4. Redemption-programme bookings or bookings made using vouchers or coupons.
14.3 Our lowest available rate guarantee is based on a per-booking basis (not per night). This includes bookings within a consecutive date range. We will honour up to 5 travel vouchers per year for each member.
14.4 If the above conditions for our lowest available rate guarantees are met you will receive a travel voucher in the amount of GBP 50 which can be redeemed at any time within 1 year of issue.
Instagram Competitions
15.A ”Tag Us on Instagram” Competition
15.A.1 This prize draw is open to Little Emperors members only.
15.A.2 To enter, members must:
- Follow @littleemperors on Instagram
- Tag @littleemperors in an Instagram post during a stay booked through Little Emperors (Instagram Stories do not count)
- Have their Instagram handle registered in their Little Emperors profile, and entries must be made from that registered handle
15.A.3 Once a year, one winner will be selected to receive £250 travel credit, credited to their Little Emperors account and redeemable towards hotel stays booked through Little Emperors with a minimum stay of two (2) nights.
15.A.4 Each member may win a maximum of one £250 travel credit per year.
15.A.5 Winners will be contacted via the email address used for their booking and announced on Instagram, subject to their consent for any further publicity.
15.B “Instagram Weekly Competition” — Complimentary Stays
15.B.1 This giveaway is open to members only. To enter, members must hold an active Little Emperors membership, with all membership fees fully paid and current at the time of entry.
15.B.2 Where membership is provided via a partner arrangement, eligibility to enter requires that at least one booking has been made through Little Emperors during the competition period.
15.B.3 Members must have their Instagram handle registered in their Little Emperors profile, and entries must be made from that registered handle.
15.B.4 Allocation of wins by membership tier:
- Travel Tier members may win once per calendar year
- Black Tier members may win up to twice per calendar year
- Dynasty Tier members may win up to three times per calendar year
15.B.5 Little Emperors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify and reject entries that do not comply with these requirements or if membership or booking status cannot be confirmed.
Liability
16.1 Little Emperors aims to provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and, insofar as commercially practicable, in accordance with your instructions as communicated to us at the time of booking.
16.2 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Little Emperors acts solely as your agent, in your name and on your behalf when sourcing any goods or services from Suppliers. Accordingly, you remain solely liable to any third party for any instructions you give to us, for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information you provide us and for the actions (or lack thereof) we perform under your instructions.
16.3 You are responsible for and shall use your own skill and judgement as to the quality, value and suitability of such information when deciding whether to enter into any contract with any third party for the supply of services or sale of goods.
16.4 Your contract for the purchase of products or services is made with the relevant Supplier only. Little Emperors acts as an agent for the Supplier and, unless expressly provided otherwise, all your rights and remedies are against the Supplier.
16.5 You agree that any contract entered into by you with any of the Suppliers is an independent contract. Little Emperors hereby disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any Supplier or any loss incurred by you as a result of any act or omission of a Supplier.
16.6 When rendering our Service, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the Suppliers. As such, the Suppliers that market and promote their Services through LE are fully responsible for updating all rates/fees/prices, availability, policies, conditions, and other relevant information that gets displayed on our end. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our Service, we will not verify and cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors, any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade, or maintenance of our Site or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading, or untrue information, nor non-delivery of information.
16.7 Each Supplier remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of the information (including the rates/fees/prices, policies, conditions, and availability) displayed on our Site. No content made available on our Site or as part of the Services shall constitute or be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification of any Supplier unless explicitly indicated as such.
16.8 Little Emperors accepts no liability for any losses or claims arising from any interruption or inaccessibility of the Site (whether permanent or temporary), including when such interruption or inaccessibility prevents you from completing a transaction.
16.9 Little Emperors shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatever (whether direct or indirect) resulting from the provision of the Services or your reliance upon the information and recommendations provided by Little Emperors hereunder and the resulting supply of goods and services to you by any third party.
16.10 Little Emperors shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of you.
16.11 Little Emperors shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the Services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
16.12 Little Emperors aims to ensure that viruses (or other programs having adverse effects) do not reside on any of Little Emperors’ platforms or systems, but you expressly agree that Little Emperors shall have no liability of any damages or losses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) caused to you or any third parties.
16.13 Little Emperors shall not be liable to any Member or third party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profits, revenues, savings, goodwill and/or similar losses, or losses due to data or information breach whether direct or indirect or, any special, indirect, consequential damages under or in connection with the Membership or use of any of the Services.
16.14 Members and users acknowledge that any contract entered into with any Supplier is an independent contract beyond the control or will of Little Emperors. Little Emperors hereby disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any Supplier or any loss incurred as a result of any act or omission of a Supplier whether or not arranged through Little Emperors.
16.15 You agree to indemnify us fully and hold us harmless on demand from and against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses, legal costs and all other reasonable costs (including costs (including legal, attorneys and court fees) incurred in connection with the defence of claims, suits or proceedings brought by third parties)) and expenses suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, its content, your breach of these Terms and/or as a result of your violation of these Terms and/or as a result of your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Changes to the terms
17.1 Little Emperors may vary these Terms from time to time and will notify you of any changes in a timely manner. Notification can be either by the website, the App, email, post, the newsletter or other personal deliverance service.
17.2 Your continued use of your Membership constitutes acceptance of the altered Terms.

18.1 Little Emperors owns or is lawfully entitled to all of the copyright in this Site. All other intellectual property rights are reserved. The Services are for your personal use only – you may not use it for commercial purposes. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this Site for your personal use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this Site.
18.2 All rights (including intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademarks, etc.), title, and interest in and to the Services including but not limited to all information, data, text, maps, the design, logos, icons, editorial content or other content of the Services, and the underlying code and software in the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of Little Emperors and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws and treaties around the world. All such rights in the Services, content and related material are expressly reserved.
18.3 Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the Little Emperors name or logo, trademarks, domain names (or any variation thereof), or other distinctive brand characteristics.

19.1 Little Emperors assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, truth or completeness of information derived from the content displayed on its website. Some content is linked to other websites and Little Emperors shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, products or services available on the website or any third-party sources to which content of the website is linked. The inclusion of any hyperlinks to such other web sites does not mean that Little Emperors endorses the information or opinion of any other material on such web sites or has any association with the owner thereof.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
20.1 These Terms and your Membership with Little Emperors are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, irrespective of conflict of law rules.
20.2 Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Services and/or a visit to the website or the App and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts of London, UK.
